What Time Is Check-In / Check-Out?

Check-Out: 10AM

Check-In is very easy. You will receive the address and door code via text/email prior to your arrival! All you need to do is arrive to the property you rented at check-in time and make yourselves at home!

What Is The Cancellation Policy?

If you cancel at least 60 days before check-in, you will receive a 100% refund, minus a 3% processing fee.

If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund, minus a 3% processing fee.

No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in

What Basic Supplies Do You Provide For Our Stay?

Our goal is to provide you with enough basic items to get you started for your stay:

Travel sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bars of hand soap

Toilet Paper

1 roll of paper towels

1 laundry detergent pod

Kitchen Trashbags

Dish Detergent and Rags

All Purpose Cleaner

What Linens Are Provided?

We provide all bedroom, bathroom & kitchen linens and towels! 

Our beds are cleanly made with a sheet set, quilt, waffle weave blanket and pillows. 

Bathrooms are stocked with plenty of bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths

Kitchen drying towels and cleaning rags are provided

Do I Need To Bring Firewood Or Propane?

No! You do not need to bring any firewood or propane at Inn The Clouds. All of our fireplaces/fire pits that use gas are connected to a propane tank that we regularly refilled!

Do You Provide “Baby Items”?

Yes we do!

Baby gates are installed at every set of stairs at our property Inn The Clouds!

Are Pets Allowed?

We enforce a strict NO-Pet Policy on our cabins. 

We love animals but unfortunately they have caused too many issues to our homes and our guests in the past which is why we don’t have a pet friendly rentals.

Do You Decorate For Christmas?

Yes! We decorate our homes the week following Thanksgiving until mid-January with:

How Is The Drive Up To The Cabin?

The Drive to our cabin Smoky Bear BnB is very easy and no steep or windy roads.

For Inn The Clouds, because you are renting a property in the mountains with great views, the drive up to the cabin may be windy but the roads are all well maintained by the city/county and have guardrails where appropriate. 

We do recommend the use of a 4×4 vehicle in the colder months in case of ice/snow

Do You Offer Discounts?

We only offer discounts to our repeat/returning guests & to our military personnel. Please send us an email to contact@nirvanaluxurygetaways.com to let us know if you have stayed with us before of if you think you qualify for our military discount.

How Often Is The Hot Tub Cleaned?

Every Single Stay!

Our hot tubs are emptied, cleaned and refilled with clean water and bromine after every stay so they are fresh and clean for the next guests!
